Processing Time

  • Standard Products: 2-4 working days for processing and printing
  • All Over Print (AOP) Products: 3-4 working days for processing
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: 3-5 working days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Northeast & Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location
  • Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • No hidden fees - what you see is what you pay
  • We use trusted shipping partners for reliable delivery

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order using the provided tracking link
  • SMS updates for key delivery milestones
  • Contact us if you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Important Note:

Since all our products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we have specific return and exchange policies. Please read carefully!

What Can Be Returned/Exchanged?

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong product sent
  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Size issues (exchange only, shipping costs apply)

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom/personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original packaging/tags

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Include order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return
  3. Get Approval: We'll review and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours
  4. Schedule Pickup: We'll arrange reverse pickup from your address
  5. Quality Check: Returned items are inspected at our facility
  6. Resolution: Refund or replacement processed within 5-7 business days

Return Costs

  • Defective Products: Free return pickup and replacement
  • Size Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping (₹99-149)
  • Wrong Product Sent: Free return and replacement
  • Quality Issues: Free return and full refund

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after item inspection
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our error)

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges available for same product in different size
  • Design/color changes not allowed (considered new order)
  • Exchange shipping costs apply as per return costs above
  • New item ships after receiving and inspecting returned item
